Very recently, I had the honour of joining the amazing team (Kerry and Paula) over at Shift Happens for a podcast episode that left my heart wide open and glowing. It was a space to share not just words, but energy—raw, real, and rooted in truth.
As someone who walks a spiritual path deeply entwined with the Earth and ancestral remembrance, this conversation felt like a homecoming.
Sharing My Spiritual Journey
On the podcast, I spoke about the way my spirituality isn’t something separate from my daily life—it’s the very fabric of how I move through the world. I’ve come to understand that our soul's journey doesn’t always look like what we've been taught.
It looks like surrender. It looks like sacred rage and deep joy. It looks like remembering that healing is cyclical and ever-evolving.
Firewalking: Alchemy in Motion
One of the highlights of our chat was diving into the transformational power of firewalking. Yes—literally walking barefoot across burning embers. It’s not about bravado. It’s about belief, choice, and deep inner alchemy.
Fire has long been seen as a symbol of purification and transformation. When you walk across fire, you’re not just doing something physically impossible—you’re rewriting limiting stories and stepping into your own fierce sovereignty.
It’s raw.It’s primal.It’s medicine.
And every step reminds you: You are capable of more than you think.
Cacao: The Heart-Opening Elixir
No conversation about my work would be complete without mentioning cacao, the gentle yet powerful plant spirit that’s played such a vital role in my own healing.
Cacao is more than just a drink—it’s a teacher. A bridge. A heart-opener.
On the podcast, I shared how cacao ceremonies have become sacred spaces for people to reconnect—with themselves, with each other, and with the Earth. When held with intention, cacao invites us to soften, to listen, and to remember who we truly are beneath the noise of the world.
Final Thoughts
Being on Shift Happens reminded me of the power of storytelling and vulnerability. Of being witnessed in your truth. And of the ripple effect that one conversation can have when it’s held in love.
If you’re curious to hear more, the episode is available now—go give it a listen and let me know what parts stirred something in you.
Whether you’re walking through fire or sipping cacao under the stars, your journey is sacred.
Honour it. Trust it. And let it unfold in its own wild, beautiful way.
